BlueEdge Solutions is operated by 16653421 Canada Inc., a company incorporated in Canada. We provide performance-based marketing services to custom pool construction companies. By using this website or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms.

Use of this website

You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. Please give accurate information when you fill out our contact form. The content on this site is owned by BlueEdge Solutions and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Information on this site is general and provided as is. Any partnership, pricing or results are set out in a separate written agreement, not on this website.

SMS terms

Program. BlueEdge Solutions sends text messages to people who have asked about our services, about their inquiry, including scheduling and reminders for their call.

How you opt in. You opt in by checking the text message box on the contact form on this website and submitting the form. The box is unchecked by default, and checking it is optional: you can book a call without it.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at thomas@blueedgesolutions.co or +1 (581) 230-1003.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

BlueEdge CRM and Google Calendar

BlueEdge CRM is our customer relationship management application, used by pool and outdoor-living builders' sales reps and their office staff to book in-home consultations. If you connect your Google Calendar to BlueEdge CRM, you authorize us to access it as described in our Privacy Policy, so we can find open times and manage consultation appointments on your behalf.

You can disconnect your Google Calendar from BlueEdge CRM at any time, and you can revoke access directly from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Your use of Google Calendar remains subject to Google's own terms of service for your Google account.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BlueEdge Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
